ORD 64-146 PETITION ORDERING ANNEXATIONAn Ordinance approving petition and ordering
Annexa+~.ion to the Town of Winslow of certain
properties contiguous thereof.
~HFREAS, a petition bearing the signatures of property ovmers
representing 100% in~assessed valuation of the property herein
~escribed, was filedv~ith the Town Council of the Town of Win-
slow, in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington,
asking that said properties be annexed to the Town of Winslow,
and,
WHR~S, the said petition was, by resolution, entertained by
~ne Tovm C~ncil, and in accordance ~i~ the laws of the State
of Hashington , a date ~nd place of hearing was designated, and,
~EREAS, the Acting Tovm Clerk caused notices of the date and
time a~d place of said hearing to be duly and regularly pub-
lished and posted as requiredby law, and
WHEiiEAS, a hearing was held on ~[ay 20, 196~, at the Tovm Hall
in the Town of Winslow in accordance v~th said notices, and at
said time and place no one appeared in opposition to said pet-
ition, and
V~sTDX~EAS, the Review Board, as provided under R.C.W. 3~.13-17!,
agreed to ~ispense ~ith the Review and granted favorable action
on the petition,

of Winslow, that the following described lands, to wit:
The Robert Osborne property at Wing Point, Bainbri~e
Island, Washington consisting of Lots lh, 1% and 16
of ~'adrono Park Heights, as recorded in the Clerk and
Recorder's Office, Volume 3, Page 59, of ~Tadrono Park
!~eights ~at.
Also, the Howard J. Ryan and Grace M~ Ryan properties
at Wing Point, Bain~ridge Island, Washington, consist-
ing of Lots 17, 18, 19, 20, eli, 2e, 23, 2h, ~ and ~6,
~adrono Park Heights, as recorded in the Clerk and
Recorder's C)ffice, Volume 3, Page ~9, of ]adrono Park
~ieights PD~t.
be and they are in accordance v,dth the petition herein filed
hereby annexed to the Town of Winslow as of the date of this
Ordinance.
PASSED by the Tovm Council of the Town of Winslow, and approv-
ed by it's ].]ayor this 16 of June, 196h.
