with the license period of the County and other com-
munities within Ki%sap County.
BE IT ORD~Ik~:D by the Council of the Town of Winslow, Wash-
ington as follows:
1. That section 3 of Ordinance No. 116 is hereby changed
to read as follows:
Section 3.- Date Due - All licenses granted hereunder
shall be due and payable the 1st day of July and each
year. If the license fee above provided for is not
paid on or before Sept. 1st of each year the applic-
ant shall pay a penalty fee of $2.00 for each license
in addition to the regular fee as stated above. Licenses
shall be ;aads available to applicants on June 1st of
each year for the following yearly period as defined
above.
2. In the year 196h only.,~le penalty date is extended to Nov,1,
3- All other provisions as set forth in Ordinance No. 116 are
hereby declared to bein full force and eflect.
