RES 99-08 PARKING FEESRESOLUTION No. 99-08
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND,
WASHINGTON ELATING TO THE IMPOSITION OF CHARGES. BY
THE CITY FOR PARKING; AND AMENDING SECTION 5 OF THE
BAINB1LIDGE ISLAND FEE SCHEDULE.
WHEREAS, in 1986 the City Council passed Ordinance 86.20, which restructured the fees
charged by the City for parking; and
WHEREAS, th~ daily f~ for parking at the Ferry Terminal lot was last changed in 1996 by
Resolution 96-25; and
WHEREAS, the City Council haq dBtennined that the present rate for daily parking at th~ Ferry
Terminal lot is below th~ rate charged by adjacent, private-sector lots, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, WASHINGTON,
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 5 of the Bainbridge Island Fee Schedule is amended to read as follows:

SECTION 2. The dally rate changes of this Resolution shall take effect and be in force on
and after May 1, 1999. The monthly rate change shall take effect and be in force on
and after July 1, 1999.
