B~ IT ORDAINED by the Town of Winslow, Washington, as follows:
SECTION 62 of Ordinance 133 is amended to read as follows:
~TION 62: Penalties. Unless another penalty is expressly provided
by law, every person convicted of a violation of any provision of this ordinance
shall be punished by a fine of not more than five Hundred ($500) or by imprison-
ment for not more than six (6) months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
SECTION 74 of Ordinance No. 133 is amended to read as follows:

the Road). Sections 1 through 93, except Sections. 14, 46, 47, 48, 56, 63,
64 and 65 are hereby adopted by reference.
SECTION 74.2 Inconsistens . Where any inconsistency exists
between any of ~he p~ovisions of Or~nce 133 as by Ordinance 153
amended
and the provisions of Chapter 155, TAW-~ Extraordinary Session, 196~ State
of Washington, the latter provisions shall be deemed controlling.
