AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER
FOR PUBLISHING OF LEGAL NOTICES.
B~ IT ORDAINED by'the Town Council of the Town of Winslow,
Washington, as follows:
SECTION 1: The Bremerton Sun, a daily newspaper of general
circulation within the area, is hereby designated as the official
newspaper of the Town for the publication of all legal notices.
SECTION 2: Section 2 of Town of Winslew Ordinance No. 1,
passed September 25, 1947, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately
upon its passage and publication.
PASSED by the Town Council of the Town of Winslow,
Washington this 18 day of October, 1965.
