AN ORDINANCE A~ENDING ORDINANCE NO. 16 PROV~)ING FOR THE
~ WATER AND SERVICE INST~T.~ATIONS AND ESTABLISHING THE CURRENT PRICE
FOR ~RVICE INSTAT.TATION.
BE IT ORI~AINED by the To~, Council of the Town of Winslow,
Washington, as follows:
Section 1 of Ora~nance No. 16 is repealed and the following
substituted therefore:
Section - 1. Any property owner applying for service shall make
written application therefor and shall pay as follows:
$1OO.OO for each three-quarter inch (3/4") connection; for
sizes larger than three-quarter (3~") there shall be paid
such excess above the minimum of $100.00 as is represented
by the actual cost of labor and material plus ten percent
(10%) for overhead.
All other provisions of Ordinance No. 16, together vdth its
rules and regulations, and amendments thereto are declared to be in
full force and effect.
Section - 2. Ordinance No. 73 passed January 6, 1959, pertaining to
installations is hereby repealed.
Section - 3- This Ordinance shall become effective upon its passage
and publication.
