ORD 67-02 EMERGENCY EXPENDITURECRDINANCE NO. 67-2.
AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXPEN~)ITURE THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, additional personnel has been added to the Narshal's
Department, and
WHEREAS, this action created a demand for an increase in the
item of clothing allowance for uniform personnel, and
WHEREAS, such expenditures could not reasonably be anticipated
at the time the Budget was established;
NOW T:~EFOE, BE IT ORDAIN~n by the Council of the Town of
Winslow, WashinSton, as follows:
That an emergency exists.
That the specified ex~penditure is in the interests of the
citizens and the welfare and development of the To~n~
That the sum of $200.00 is hereby authorized, from money~
not allocated by Budget, for expenditure under th~ category of clothing allowance.
PAS~ by unanimous vote of the Town Council and approved by its
~ayor this 20th day of February, 1967, .........
