,f-., hN QRDINANCE APPROVING PETITION AND ORDERING ANNEXATION TO THE
' ~ TC1~N OF W1N5It.~1f OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES CONTIGUOUS THEREC~'.
WHE.RE~S, a petition bearing the signatures of property owners representing
75~ in assessed valuation of the property herein described, was filed with
the Town Council of the Town of Winslow, in accordance with the laws of the
State of Washington, asking that said properties' be annexed to the Town of
Winslow, and
WI~RLF65, the said petition was, by resolution, entertained by the Town
Council, and in accordance with the Laws of the State of Washington, a dater
amd plaace of hearing was designated, and
tA~ +' , a.Review Board, as provided under R.C.W.35.1,3.171, was convened,
the peecribed factors considered, and the Board unanimously approved the
petition for annexation, and
Wf~, the Town Clerk caused notices of the date and time and place of said
hearing to be duly and regularly published and posted as required by law, and
_ '~ WFHE'REA.S, a hearing was held on February 6, 196?, at the Town Hall in the Town
-~ of Winslow in accordance with said notices, and at said time and place no one
appeared in opposition to said petition, and

that the following described lands, to wit:
That portion of Sections 22 and 27, Township 25 North, Range 2 East,
W. M., in Kitsap County, Washington, described as follower
Beginning at the southeast corner of the west one half of the northeast
quarter of said Section 27; thence northerly along the east Iine of said west
one half to the north line of said Section 27; thence westerly along said
north line. to the west line of a tract of land conveyed to the Bainbridge.
Island School District by deed recorded under Auditor ~ s File No. ~.01~529,
records of said County; thence northerly along said west line to the northwest:
corner thereof; thence easterly along the north line of said School Tract
to the east line of the west one half of the southeast quarter of said
Section 22; thence northerly along said east line to the northeast corner of
the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of
r-. said Section 22; thence westerly along the north line of the southeast quarter

for County Road.
is in accordance with the petition herein filed, hereby annexed tQ the Town
of Winslow as of five days following publication of this Ordinance. in the
February 9th issue of the Bremerton Sun, designated as the official newspaper
for the Town of Winslc~r, Washington.
PASSED by the Town Council. of the Town of Wi,,~~cjw, and approved by its Mayor
