AN ORDIlVANCE SETTING FQRTH CERTAIN SERVICES APPLICABIE TO TOWN
EMPIA~:ES AND ESTABLISHING CCIVIpENSATION THEREE'OR.
HE I'P C~tDA.Ii~ by the Town Council of the Town of Winslow, Washington,
as follows:
SECTION 1: (a) The Town Council shall, when deemed appropriate,
designate an emP7-oYee ~rhose duties or services to the Town shall include estab-
lishing his residence in the Toam House owned by the Town and located on Town
property adjacent to State Highway 30~ and referred to as the Town House.
/ (b) The duties of such designated employee shall include:
serving as caretaker of the Town property and watchman over the Town equipment
and supplnes stored at the described location.
SECTION 2s (a) ~ rental charge for occupancy of the Town owned
residence sh~.all be made at the rate of ~1~0.00 per month.
(b) The designated employee shall receive the sum of
~1.~0.00 per month as additional compensation for this required residence and
services; such compensation will be considered as offsetting the rental charge;
thus becoming "Other Compensation", as defined by the Internal Revenue Service.
SECTION 3s (a} Maintenance of the Town House sha11 be at the discretion
of the Counc-~.Z. and as it may elect to provide from time to time.
(b} The employee occuying the Town House shall be personally
responsible for payment of all utility charges; including but not limited to
light, power, water and sewer if any, and any and all insurance or protection for
personal property of any nature.
