AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SALARIES FCC E~JIPLOYf4~S OF THE TOWN
OF WIIdSL01M1T, 11~ASHTNGTON, DECIARII~ AN EMERGENCY AND AUTHORIZING EXPENDI-
TURES THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, changes over the past year in available labor and wage
schedules makes it necessary and in the best interest of the Town to
adjust employee wages and,
1~REAS, such expenditures could not reasonably be anticipated
at the time the Budget was established.
BE 1'r ORDAIl~IED by the Town Council of the Town of Winslow, Washing-
ton, as follows:

Section l: The following adjustments are made for the positions
and Funds listed below:
Current Expense Fund: (Protection to Persons & Property}
Deputy Clerk Folice Court Clerk} ~I~0.00 per Month
. Marshal 10.00 u
Deputy Marshal x.5.00 'i
Police Judge 50.00 "
Street Fund:
Maintenance Foreman 10.00 per Month
Assistant to Maintenance Foreman 25.00 "
The salaries as above named shall be for the Calendar Year 1967
and retroactive to January 1, 1967.
Section 2: Increases above the 1967 Budget are hereby authorized
,r~~ as salary expenditures under the appropriate fund.

This Ordinance has its first reading on the 3rd day of April, 1967
with public posting immediately following and will be considered for
final passage in regular meeting the 17th day of April, 1967. Any tax
payees may appear at the Council. meeting on April 17th and be heard for
or against the adoption thereof.
