An ORDINANCE of the Council of the Town of Winslow, Washington,
amending Ordinance No. 133 of the Town; extending traffic
regulation to private parking lots and Certain other areas.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That certain portion of Section 74, Ordinance
133 of the down of Winslow, Washington, passed November 5, 1963,
which provides:
"RCW 16.24.065
16.24.070
46.04.010 through 46.04.680 except 46.04.440 and 46.04.070
46.08.040"
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"RCW 16.24.065
16.24.070
46.04.010 through 4.6.04.6$0 except 46.04.440 and 46,04.070
and except that in lieu of RCW 46.04.431 the following
is hereby adopted:
'`Highway means the entire width between the
boundary lines of every way, lane, road,
street, boulevard, parking lot, and every
way or place in the town, whether publicly
or privately maintained, when any part
thereof is open, at any time, to the use
of the public for the purposes of vehicular
travel.'

Section 2. This ordinance is deemed necessary for the immediate
preservation of public safety, health, and welfare, and shall take
effect immediately upon its passage and publication.
