ORD 67-13 AMENDING COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING MAP G~.DINAIVCE N0. 67 - 13: jiN ORDINANCE AbIENDING ORDINANCE N0. 110, TOWN OF WINSLgI~ COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING MAP TO ESTABLISH LAND USE REGUTATIONS FOR S SUBSEQUENTLY ANNEXED TO THE TOV~N. `~~ certain areas abutting the Town Limits have been annexed to the Town of Winslow, and WHEREAS it is in the interest of the general welfare of the Town of Winslow that said areas be governed by land-lose restrictions as covered in the coordinated plan for the physical development of the Towns and WHEREAS public hearing was advertised and held on October 19, 1967, without objection being offered to the Planning Commissionts land-use. suggestion, and WHISK the Winslow Planning Commission following said public hearing has recommended specific land-ruse zoning areas be incorporated into the Winslc~ ~d use regulations. NafT THEREF~E BE IT C~?,DAINID by the Town Council of the Town of Winslow ashington~ as follorw's: Sectionl: That area annexed t~, the Town as described in Ordinance No. 130 (often referred to as the Alan Black property north of the Wing Point Golf Course) is hereby established as Land Use Zone R 12.5 and sha1.1, be subject to such regulations.. Section 2: That area annexed to the Town as described in Ordinance No. ]1a.6 (beingapart of the plat of Madrona Park Heights: situated between Cherry Avenue and Park Avenue) is hereby established as Land-Use Zone R 12.5 and shall be subject to such zone regulations. Section 3: That area annexed to the Town as described in Ordinance No. 65 - includes Lots 1 to 8 inclusive in the Wing Point Country Club plat facing Cherry Avenue; also part of Madrona Park Heights: and NIadrona Park plats situated between Cherry Avenue and Fairvie~r Avenue) is hereby established as Land-Use Zone R 12.5 and sha71 be subject to such zone regulations. Section 4: That area annexed to the Tawn as described in Ordinance No. ]1~2 (comprising thirteen acres in the Southwest corner of the Town including "` the areas ref erred to as Bay Haven and Meadowlark Lane) is hereby established '' as Land-Use Zone R 10 and sha71 be subject to such zone regulations. Section 5: That area annexed to the Town as described in Ordinance. No. 7.2.9 (comprising twenty five acres. often referred to as the Putnam property) is hereby established. as Land-Use Zone R 10 and shall be subject to such zone regulations. Section 6: That area: annexed to the Town as described in Ordinance No. 67-1 (being 10l~.3 acres: comprised of the areas between Lovell Avenue and Weaver Road and the acre platted as Commodore Lane) is hereby established as Land Use Zone R 12.5 and shall be subject to such zone regulations.
