HE IT OR,I~kII~D by the Town of Winslow, Washington, as follows:
fiRTICLE IV, SECTION 22 of ORDIIVEINCE N0. 133 is amended to read
as follows:
ARTICIE IV -SPEED REGULATIONS
Section 22. Increasing speed limit in certain zones. It is hereby
determined upon the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation that the
speed permitted by state law upon the following streets is less than is necessary
for safe operation of vehicles. thereon by reason of the designation and sign
posting of said streets as arterial highways and (or) by reason of widely spaced
intersections and it is hereby declared that the speed limit sha11 be as herein-
after set forth on those streets or parts of streets herein designated at the
times: specified when signs are erected giving notice thereof. On State Highway
21~ between High School Way and Winslow Way, the speed limit shall be 1~0 MPH
at all times, except where posted to the contrary. also Wyatt Way NW between
the West Town Limits boundary and Lovell Avenue NW, the speed limit shall, be
35 MPH at all times:.
