deputy marshal, and
WHEREAS, it was considered necessary and in the best interests of the
citizens"~'~of jVinslow to ir~rease the salary of the position of deputy marshal.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORLi~INED by the Tv~a Council of the Town of Winslow,
Washington, as follows:
That an e__mergency exists.
That effective January 8, 1968 the monthl~v salary of the position of
Deputy Marshal is increased frmm $480.00 to $550.00.
That the need for such salary increase could not reasonably have been
foreseen at the time of passage of Ordinance No. 68 - 1-
That this or~r~nce had its first r~ading on the l~th day of January.
