ORD 68-15 COMPREHENSIVE STREET PROGRAM WHERFAS, pursuant to the req~,~ements of Chapter 195 of the
1961 Session Iaws of the State of Washington, the Town of Winslow did
prepare a comprehensive street program for the! ensuing six years, and
WHEF~A.~, pursuant further to said law, The Tulsa Council of ~he
Town of Winslow being the legislative bod~ of said Town did hold a public
hearing on said comprehensive plan at 7:30 PM o'clock at the TO~xA Hall
in Winslow, Washington, on the 1st day of July, 1968.
WHE2EAS, there were no written or oral objections: to the com-
prehensive plan as prepared by the Town of Winslow relative to the
street program for the ensuing six years ~ithin the T~an of Winsle~..
N~, THEREFCRE, EE IT ~o~DAINED by the Town Council of the
Town of Winslow, that the comprehensive plan as prepared by the Tom
Engineer for the Town of Winslow as submitted to the Town Council of
the Town of Winslow be and the same is hereby adopted, public hearing
held on the same on the let day of July 1968, at the hour. of 7:30 PM
o'clock, and there being no written or oral objections to said com-
prehensive plan.
HE I~ FURTHER CR~AINED, that a copy of said comprehensive
street program for the ensuing six years! together with a copy of thi~
ordinance be filed with the Director of Highway~ of the State of
Washington.
