ORD 68-17 SANITATION WITHIN WINSLOWORDINANCE NO. 68
AN ORDINANCE of the Town of Winslow, Washington,
Mending Town of Winslow Ordinance No. 29
relating to sanitation within the town.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Winslow,
Washington, as follows:
Section 1. Town of Winslow Ordinance No. 29, adopted
November 3, 1953, Article IV, Section 402, is hereby amended by
removing the following language:
"Section 402. There shall be two (2) classes of
building sewer permits: (1) for residential and
commercial service, and (2) for service to estab-
lishments producing industrial wastes. In either
case, the owner or his agent shall make application
on a special form furnished by the Town. The permit
application shall be supplemented by any plans,
specifications, or other information considered
pertinent in the Judgment of the Superintendent. A
permit and inspection fee of Five Dollars ($5.00)
for a residential or commercial building sewer permit
and Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) for an undustrial
building sewer pei;mit shall be paid to the Town
Treasurer at the time the application is filed."
and substituting in its place the following language:
Section 402. There shall be two (2) classes of
building sewer permits: (1) for residential and
commercial service, and (2) for service to estab-
lishments producing industrial wastes. In either
case, the owner or his agent shall make application
on a special form furnished by the Town. The permit
application shall be supplemented by any plans,
specifications, or other information considered
pertinent in the Judgment of the Superintendent. A
permit and inspection fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
for a residential or commercial building sewer permit
and Twenty Dollars ($20.00) for an industrial
building sewer permit shall be paid to the Town
Treasurer at the time the application is filed.
Section 2. All of the sections of Ordinance No. 29 no~
expressly amended shall remain in full force and effect and all the
provisions thereof are hereby readopted in their entirety except as
above stated.
