RECIASSIFICATION OF IAND USE ZONING FGR AN AREA LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST
C~R~qER OF THE INTERSECTION OF KNECHTEL WAY AND ERICKSEN AVEN~E.
WHEREAS, petition for rezoning of a certain described are~ has been
filed with the WINSLOW PLANNING COMMISSION, an~
WHEREAS, public heariB~ has been held by that Board and favorable
action taken by the Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, the Town Council has subsequently held a public hearing
on the same petition at which no dissenting voice or notice was given.
NOW THEREFORE E IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the Town of
Winslow, Washington, as follows:
Section h The follov~ng described area is hereby reclassified
from R-12.5 zone to R-3 zone:
That portion of the North 240 feet of the East ~4 of the
~outh 1/2 of the Southwest ~4 of the Northwest l~ o~
Section 26, Township 25 North, Range 2 East, W.N., lying
Westerly of State Highway 21-A and situated in the Town
of Winslow, Kitsap County, Washingten.
