AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 124 KNG~N AS THE
~ WINSLOW COMPREHENSIVE ZONING GtDINANCEm
HE IT ORDAIN~B by the Town Council of the Town of Winslow,
Washington, as follows:
Section l: The first two sentences. under Section 19, sub-
section C of Ordinance No. 124 are hereby deleted and the following substituted
therefor:
"C. The Planning Commission upon receipt of a petition by a land
owner shall mak~ an investigation of the matters involved in the proposal.
The Co~mission may, at its election, call a public hearing, except for
B - P reclassification to hear the public on the proposal."
Section 2: All other provisions as set forth in Ordinance
No. 124, as amended, are hereby declared to be in full force and effect.
