BE 1T ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Winslow, Washington,
as follows:
SECTION 3 (a) of Ordinance No. 68 - 26 is hereby amended by
deleting the date of March l, 1969 and substituting therefore the date of
April l, 1969.
SECTION 3 (b) of Ordinance No. 68 - 26 is hereby amended by
deleting the date of March l, 1969 and substituting therefore the date of
April l, 1969-
SECTION 5 of Ordinance No. 68 - 26 is hereby deleted and the
following substituted therefore:
SECTION 5. The tax ~m~posed by Section 3 of this Ordinamce
shall be due and payable on the 3Oth day of the month follov~ng the end of
each three month period in each year provided that a payment shaLlbe made
on April l, 1969, as an advance payment on the tax actually to be due on
July l, 1969. On or before said due date ( v~lth the exception of April l,
1969, but including July l, 1969) taxpayer shall filae with the Town Clerk
a written return, upon such form and setting forth such information as the
Clerk shall reasonably require, together with the payment of the amount
of the tax then due.
Adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the Town of
Winslow, Washington this 3rd day of February, 1969.
