AN AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 124 RECLASSIFYING
CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM R-= to B-1
CLASSIFICATION
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Winslow, Washingtol
as follows:
That SECTION IV of Ordinance No. 124 is amended in the
following particulars, to-wit:
The following described property:
The north 15 acres of the north east quarter
of the northwest quarter, Section 26,
Township 25 N, Range 2 East, W.M., except
the east 240 feet and except the south 140
feet and except the portion of said north
15 acres already zoned B-1.
currently classified as R-~ is hereby reclassified as B-l, and the
Town Engineer is directed to forthwith change the zoning map to
reflect said reclassification.
PASSED by the Town Council of the Town of Winslow, Washington,
