the place where the work is to be done, and ha~rlng familiarized himself
with the plans, specifications, and other Contract Documents, hereby

2. It is understood that the work proposed is composed of several
projects as indicated by itemized descriptions in paragraph 1, Scope, of
the specifications. It is further understood that the award mY be made on
indi~ddual p~DjectS, on ~Trou?inF~s of the oroJects~ or or. the entire scoDe
of the wor~ indicated.
3. it is understood that all Bid Items, except those noted in the
Proposal as LunlD St~m~ are to be bid on a Unit Price basis and that the
quantities stated ~ approximate only and are subject to either
increase or decrease, and are stated only for the purpose of comoarlng
bids and fixing the amount of surety bonds: and that should the quantities
of any of the items or work be increased, the tindersigned bidder shall
perform the additional work at the unit prices set out heroin, and should
the quantities be decreased, oaymsnt will be made on actual quantities
i~stalled at such unit prices, and the undersigned Bidder will make no
cl~Juns for anticipated r~rofits or additional co~,~pensation for any increase
