WH]ll~S, Apetition bearing the signatures ofproperty owners representing lO0 percent in assessed v~luation of the property herein described, v~as filed vdth the Town Council of the Tovm of Winslow in accordance v~ith the laws of the State of Washington, asking that said properties be annexed to the Town of Winslow, and V~F~REAS, The said petition was entertained by the To~n Council subject to assumption of Tom indebtedness by the area if annexed, and in accordance ~dth the laws of the State o~; Washington, a date and place of hearing was designated, and ~{~{EAS, the area proposed for annexation is less than ten acres and less than $200,000. in assessed valuation, it was agreed that convening a Review Board was not required, all in accordance with R.C.W.3~.13.172 and W~EREAS, the Town Clerk caused notices of the date and time and place of said hearing to be duly and regularly published and posted as required by law, and WHEREAS, a hearing v~as held on the 16th day of June 1969, at the To~ Hall in the Town of Winslow in accordance vith said notices, and at said time and place no one appeared in opposition to said petition. Now, TH~FORE, BE IT ORDAI~FL? SY THE TOWN COUNCIL of the TCJ~NOF WINSLOW, W~SH~qGTON, that the following described lands, to writ: Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 3, ~adrono Subdivision, according to plat thereof recorded in VoW. h of plats, Page 86, Records of Kitsap County, Washington, are in accordance ~vith the petition herein filed, hereby armexed to the TCJ~i~ 0!r'.~iNSLGF4 WASHIi~GTCiN as of five days following publication of the Ordinance in the June 20, 1969, issue of the Bremerton Sun, designated as the official newspaper for the T~!~ OF ~i~SL~.~, WASHIi~TC~.
