ORD 69-18 COMPREHENSIVE STREET PROGRAM~RDINANCE
NO. 69 - 18
WHEEEAS, pursuant to R.C.W. 35.77,010, Law~ of the State of
Washington, the Town of Winslow did prepare a Comprehensiv~ Street
Program for the ensuing six years, and
W~ER~AE, pursuant further to said law, the Town CouncLl of
the Tovm of Winslow being the legislative body of said Town did hold
a public hearing on said Comprehensive Plan at 7:30 PM o'clock at the
Town HaL1 in Winslow, Washington on the 6th day of October, 1969, and
WHEREAS, there were no v~ritton or oral objections to the
Comprehensive Plan as prepared by the Town of Winslow relative to the
street program for the ensuing six years within the To~n of Winslow.
NOW, T~EP~FG~E, BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Council of the
To~n of Winslow, that the Comprehensive Plan as prepared by the Town
Engineer for the Town of Winslow as submitted to the Town Council of
the Town of Winslow be and the same is hereby adopted, public hearing
held on the same on the 6th day of October, 1969, at the hour of 7:30 PM
o'clock, and there being no written or ~ral objections to said Compre-
hensive Plan.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAL~ED, that a copy of said Comprehensive
Street Program for the ensuing six years together with a copy of this
ordinance be filed with the Director of Highways of the State of
~ashin~ton.
PASSED by the Town Council on the 6th day of October, 1969.
