YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the City of Bainbridge Island Hearing Examiner will conduct a
RESCHEDULED PUBLIC HEARING at 9:00 AM, on Thursday, May 4, 2017 (formally scheduled for
April 13, 2017) in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 280 Madison Avenue N, Bainbridge Island,
Washington, pursuant to BIMC Section 2.16.100, Section 2.16.040, Section 2.16.110 and Section
2.16.170 to consider a CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, SITE PLAN REVIEW AND DESIGN REVIEW
to Construct a new PK -8 school which includes classrooms, offices, and assembly hall. 39+ parking stalls,
play field, storm water facilities, and septic. The project will also include the demolition of an existing
single - family residence, barn, and two sheds. The project is proposed as phased construction.
