ORD 70-12 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMORDINANCE NO. 70-12
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A COMPREHENSIVE SIX
YEAR STREET IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE CITY
OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of RCW 35.77. 010,
Laws of the State of Washington, the CITY OF WINSLOW,
has prepared a revised and extended Six Year Comprehen-
sive Street Program for the ensuing six calendar years,
1971 through 1977; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant further to said law, the CITY COUNCIL
of the CITY OF WINSLOW, being the legislative body of
said CITY did hold a public hearing on said comprehen-
sive plan at 7:30 P.M. at the CITY HALL in Winslow, on
the 6th day of July, 1970;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of
the City of Winslow that the revised and extended Six
Year Comprehensive Street Program for the ensuing six
calendar years, 1971 through 1977, be and the same is
hereby adopted; and,
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that a copy of said revised and
extended Six Year Comprehensive Street Program for the
ensuing six calendar years, 1971 through 1977, together
with a copy of this Ordinance, be filed with the Director
of Highways of the State of Washingtnn.
PASSED by the COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON
this 6th day of July, 1970.
