Request: Increase campus student population from 83 to 146 and staff from 10 to 18.
Construct six new buildings (in addition to the existing building), expanding
floor area from 3,550 square feet to 11,853 square feet. Modify existing parking
lot and access drive dimensions.
SEPA Review: A Mitigated Determination of Non - Significance was issued on December 21,
2016.
Zoning and Plan R -1, Residential zone, one unit per acre
Designations: OSR -1, Open Space Residential, one unit per acre
Staff has requested that condition no. 12 within the Examiner's February 13, 2017, decision be amended
to correct an error within the staff report. The applicant supports the staff s request. Essentially, the
staff report flipped the full and partial screening code requirements. The corrected reading of condition
no. 12 is as follows:
12. Roadside and perimeter landscape buffers shall be maintained for the life of the project:
At a minimum, roadside buffers shall meet the partial- screen standard and perimeter buffers
shall meet the full- screen standard of BIMC 18.15.
