APPEAL
I. STIPULATION
COME NOW the Appellant, Christa Little, and the Respondent, the City of Bainbridge
Island, by and through their undersigned attorneys of record, and hereby stipulate and agree as
follows:
1. The City of Bainbridge Island agrees to withdraw, and hereby does withdraw, the
Bainbridge Island Municipal Code Interpretation of the Director of Planning and Community
Development - Sportsman Club Determination of Use, Status, and Necessary Use
Approvals /Permits, issued on July 29, 2016 ( "the Interpretation "). The parties agree that withdrawal
of the Interpretation is without prejudice and the City reserves the right to re -issue the same or a
substantially similar Interpretation at any time.
2. Christa Little agrees to withdraw, and hereby does withdraw, her appeal of the
Interpretation, which was filed on or about August 11, 2016 along with the appeal of other members
of Bainbridge Safe Clean and Quiet, who have all since withdrawn as appellants. The parties agree

that withdrawal of the appeal is without prejudice and Ms. Little reserves the right to re- institute her
appeal or to file a new appeal in the event that the City re- issues the same or a substantially similar
Interpretation.
3. The parties agree and request that the Bainbridge Island Hearing Examiner enter the
subjoined agreed order.

II. AGREED ORDER
THIS MATTER having come on regularly before the undersigned City of Bainbridge Island
Hearing Examiner upon the foregoing stipulation of the parties, and the Hearing Examiner having
considered the stipulation and being fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED that for the reasons set forth in the foregoing stipulation, the appeal of the
Appellant, Christa Little, is hereby dismissed without prejudice.
