As stipulated by the City and the appellants, the above-referenced appeal will be stayed to allow
alternative permitting options to be explored and pending completion of a related Kitsap Superior Court
proceeding (No. 15-2-01178-4, 494337-II) now under appellate review.
ORDER
1.The above-referenced administrative appeal is STAYED. Either the City or the appellants may
request that the stay be lifted and the appeal process be actively resumed, at which time a prehearing
conference will be scheduled and prehearing motions entertained.
2.In the absence of a timely motion from one of the parties, this stay will expire and this
administrative appeal proceeding will be subject to reactivation thirty (30) days after a final decision in
Case No. 15-2-01178-4, 494337-II has been rendered.
