ORDINANCE VACATING AN ALLEY AND ACCEPTING TITLE TO
CERTAIN DESCRIBED AREAS FOR USE AS A PUBLIC ROAD
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed, bearing the signatures of
all abutting property owners except one, to vacate the existing
alley, situated approximately 150 feet south of Winslow Way and
extending east from Madison Avenue to Bjune Drive, and
WHEREAS, notice of a public hearing to vacate an alleyway
was given pursuant to RCW 35.79.020, and
WHEREAS, the Winslow Planning Commission held a public hearing
and recommended granting the request, and
WHEREAS, the City Council considered the matter and held a
public hearing on the aforesaid petition on October 19, 1970.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of
Wins low, Washington as follows:
The following described property, presently used as a public
alley, is declared vacated and as prescribed by Washington State
law, the property within the limits so vacated shall belong to the
abutting property owners, one half to each.

by its owners, BAINBRIDGE INVESTORS, INC., as a public roadway, and
is accepted for use as a public road:

described as follows:

a curve to the right with a radius of 20.03 feet, an
