ORD 71-08 SIX YEAR STREET IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMORDINANCE NO. 71-8
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A COMPREHENSIVE SIX
YEAR STREET iMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE CITY
OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of RCW 35.77,010,
Laws of the State of Washington, the CITY OF WINSLOW,
has prepared a revised and extended Six Year Comprehen-
~ive Street Program for the ensuing six calendar years,
1972 through 1978; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant further to said law, the CITY COUNCIL°
of the CITY OF WINSLOW, being the legislative body of
said CITY did hold a public hearing on said comprehen-
sive plan at 7:30 P.M. at the CITY HALL in Winslow, on
the 6th day of July, 1971;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of
the City of Winslow that the revised and extended Six
Year Comprehensive Street Program for the ensuing six
calendar years, 1972 through 1978, be and the same is
hereby adopted; and,
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that a copy of said revised and
extended Six Year Comprehensive Street Program for the
ensuing six calendar years, 1972 through 1978, tog'ether.
with a copy of this Ordinance, be filed with the Director
of Highways of the State of Washington.
PASSED by the COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON
this 6th day of July, 1971.

NOTICE
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the CITY
OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON will consider adoption of a six
year comprehensive STREET PROGRAM and public hearing will
be held on Tuesday, July 6, 1971 in the CITY HALL at 7:30
P.M. to enable all interested persons to appear before the
City Council and be heard on this subject.
