ORD 72-03 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCYORDINANCE NO. 72 - 3
AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING USE OF CERTIFICATE OF
OCCUPANCY FOR HOME OCCUPATION AND ESTABLISH-
ING FEE THEREFORE.
WHEREAS, the zoning code of the City of Winslow
provides that a business may be carried on within a dwelling
unit under specified conditions and subject to established
restrictions, and
WHEREAS, such provision is titled by said code as
"Home Occupation".
NOW THEREFORE be it ordained by the Council of the
City of Winslow, Washington as follows:
SECTION 1 - It shall be required that an application
to conduct a Home Occupation shall be made to the Building
Official of the City of Winslow.
SECTION 2 - That if the application is approved, the
Building Official shall issue a Certificate of Occupancy
which shall be renewable by application on a calendar year
basis.
SECTION 3 - The fee applicable to each annual Certi-
ficate of Occupancy issued for a Home Occupation shall be
$20.00.
PASSED BY THE COUNCIL of the City of Winslow, Wash-
ington and approved by its Mayor this 7th day of
February , 1972.
