ORD 72-08 APPOINTMENT AND CONFIRMATION OF OFFICESORDINANCE NO. 72 - 8
AN 'A]MENDMENT to Ordinance No. 69-23 naming
additional offices to be filled by appoint-
ment and confirmation of the Council.
WHEREAS, additional offices have recently been estab-
lished for the City of Winslow, and
WHEREAS, City of Winslow Ordinance No. 69-23 estab-
lished the method of appointment and confirmation of offices as
specifically named in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 69-23:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the
City of Winslow, Washington as follows:
That Ordinance No 69-23 is hereby ~'~mended by delet-
ing Section 1 thereof as written and substituting the following
therefor.
Section 1. The following offices of the City of
Winslow are hereby established and the same shall be filled
by appointment and confirmation as hereinafter set forth in
~his Ordinance:
A. City Clerk - Treasurer (Combined as allowed in
RCW 35A. 12. 020 )
B. Deputy City Clerk - Treasurer
C. Chief Law Enforcement Officer
D. Maintenance Foreman
E. City Attorney
F. City Engineer
G. All members of the Planning Commission and the
Board of Adjustment.
H. Fire Marshall
I. Police Judge
J. Administrative Assistant
K. P~lice Clerk-matron
All other provisions of Ordinance No. 69-23, as amended,
are declared to be in full force and effect.
