ORD 72-09 SIX YEAR STREET IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMORDINANCE NO. 72-9
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A COMPREHENSIVE SIX
YEAR STREET IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE CITY OF
WINSLOW, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of RCW 35.77.010,
Laws of the State of Washington, the CITY OF WINSLOW,
has prepared a revised and extended Six Year Comprehensive
Street Program for the ensuing six calendar years, 1973
through 1979; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant further to said law, the CITY COUNCIL
of the CITY OF WINSLOW, being the legislative body of
said CITY did hold a public hearing on said comprehensive
plan at 7:30 P.M. at the CITY HALL in Winslow, on the
3rd day of July, 1972;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of
the City of Winslow that the revised and extended Six
Year Comprehensive Street Program for the ensuing six
calendar years, 1973 through 1979, be and the same is
hereby adopted; and,
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that a copy of said revised and
extended Six Year Comprehensive Street Program for the
ensuing six calendar years, 1973 through 1979, together
with a copy of this Ordinance, be filed with the Director
of Highways of the State of Washington.
