An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 133 as
amended by Ordinances Nos. 153, 65- 7, 66-14,
and 67 - 15, known as the 'Traffic Ordinance for
the City of Winslow."
BE IT ORDAINED by the City of Winslow, Washington, as
follows: Article IV, Section 23 of Ordinance No 133 is amended
to read as follows:
Section 23. Decrease of state law maximum speed. It is
hereby determined upon the basis of an engineering and traffic
investigation that the speed permitted by state law outside of
business and residence districts as applicable upon the following
streets is greater than is reasonable or safe under the conditions
found to exist upon such streets and it is hereby declared that
the speed limit shall be as herein set forth on those streets or
parts of streets herein designated at the times herein specified
when signs are erected giving notice thereof.
