AN ORDINANCE TO SUPERCEDE ORDINANCE 72-22 WHICH
ESTABLISHED EMPLOYEES~ SALARIES FOR 1973.
ORDINANCE TO AMEND 72-22 AND ESTABLISH SALARIES
FOR APPOINTIVE POSITION FOR DEPUTY CLERK~TREAS.
WHEREAS ORDINANCE 72-8 establishes position of Deputy Clerk/
Treas. and,
WHEREAS the 1973 Budget did not provide for this position,
WHEREAS Norma Sue Frix has been appointed and duly confirmed
by the Council of the City of Winslow, Washington for the
position,
NOW THEREFORE be it ordained by the Council of the City of
Winslow, Washington that Ordinance 72-22 is hereby amended t~
establish the position of Deputy Clerk/Treas. The duties of
said office shall coincide with the Clerk/Treas. to assure
continuity of services and operations,
THAT the position shall, as in the case of Clerk/Treas. be
covered by special surety bond in the amount of $10,000.
THAT the salary for said position shall be effective February
1, 1973,
THAT the salary is hereby established at $79800.00.
PASSED AND UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED by the Council of the City of
Winslow, Washington and approved by its Mayor this 5th day
of March, 1973.
