ORD 73-05 RECLASSIFICATION OF LAND USE ZONINGORDINANCE NO. 73-5
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 69-16 AND
ESTABLISHING RECLASSIFICATION OF LAND USE
ZONING.
Whereas, petition for rezoning was filed with
the Winslow Planing Commission, and
Whereas, public hearing was held by that Board
and favorable action taken and recommended to the City
Council, and
Whereas, the City Council subsequently held a
public hearing on the same petition,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council
of the City of Winslow, Washington as follows:
Ordinance 69-16 establishing the land use
zoning for the City of Winslow is hereby amended and
the following described property is hereby reclassified
from RMM1200 zone to BM. zone:
Lots I and 2 inclusive of Winslow
Business Addition as recorded in Vol.
7, Page 38 of the Record of Plats,
Kitsap County, Washington.
Passed by the Council of the City of Winslow,
Washington and approved by its Mayor th~s 16th day
