ORD 73-11 SIX YEAR STREET IMPROVEMENT PLANORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A COMPREHENSIVE SIX
YEAR STREET IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE CITY
OF WINSLOW, WASHINGTON.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of RCW 35.77.010,
Laws of the State of Washington, the CITY OF WINSLOW,
has prepared a revised and extended Six Year Comprehensive
Street Program for the ensuing six calendar years, 1974
through 1980; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant further to said law, the CITY COUNCIL
of the CITY OF WINSLOW, being a legislative body of said
CITY did hold a public hearing on said comprehensive plan
at 7:30 P.M. at the CITY HALL in Winslow, on the 2nd day
of July, 1973;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of Winslow that the revised and extended Six Year
Comprehensive Street Program for the ensuing six calendar
years, 1974 through 1980, be and the same is hereby adopted;
and,
BE IT FlIRTHER ORDAINED, that a copy of said revised and
extended Six Year Comprehensive Street Program for the
ensuing six calendar years, 1974 through 1980, together
with a copy of this Ordinance, be filed with the Director
of Highways of the State of Washington.
