AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE DEFINITION OF "HEIGHT
OF BUILDING" AS SET FORTH IN ORDINANCE NO. 69-16
DEFINITIONS "HEIGHTS OF BUILDINGS"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW DO ORDAIN
FOLLOWS:
1. The provisions of Ordinance No. 69-16 "Definitions,
Heights of Buildings" which presently reads as follows:
"Height of Building: The vertical distance from the
grade to: (1) The highest point of the coping of a
flat roof; (2) The deckline of a mansard roof; (3) A
point half way between the plate and the ridge of a
gabled or hipped roof."
to read as follows:
"Height of Building: The vertical distance at center of
land area covered by the building from the original grade
to: (1) The highest point of the coping of a flat roof;
(2) The deckline of a m~nsard roof; (3) A point half way
between the plate and the ridge of a gabled or hipped
roof."
ADOPTED BY the Council of the City of Winslow, Washington
and approved by its Mayor this 5th day of ~November, 1973. .
