AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER FOR
PUBLISHING OF LEGAL NOTICES & REPEALING ORDINANCE
65-10.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Winslow,
!'/ashington, as follows:
Section ]. The Bainbridge Review, a weekly newspaper of
general circulation within the area, is hereby designated
a.s the official newspaper of the City for the publication
of all legal notices.
Section 2. Section ] of Town of Winslow Ordinance No. 65-
].0, passed October ]. 8, ]965, is hereby repealed.
Section ~ This Ordinance shall be effective immediately
upon its passage and publication.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Winslow, Wash-
ington this 3rd day of December, !973.
