RES NO. 2019-18 UPDATING FEE SCHEDULE FOR SMALL WIRELESS FACILITY FEERESOLUTION NO. 2019-18
A RESOLUTION of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington,
amending the City's Fee Schedule to include fees for small wireless
facility permits and eligible facilities requests.
WHEREAS, on May 14, 2019, the City Council adopted Ordinance Nos. 2019-11 and
2019-15, adopting a permitting procedure and design guidelines for small wireless facilities; and
WHEREAS, the City's Fee Schedule now needs to be updated to include a fee for small
wireless facility permits issued under Chapter 19.10 BIMC and for eligible facilities requests.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BAINBRIDGE
ISLAND, WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 9, Building and Planning Fees, of the City's Fee Schedule is hereby
amended to delete the following fees:
