AND AIJTHORIZING EXPENDITURE THEREFOR
L."HEREAS, certain expenditures, which could not reason-
:~b!\,' have been anticipated at the time of adopting the 1973
:>udget, are co~sidered justified and in the best interests
of the citizens of Uinslow, and
%.jHEREAS, the ]973 budget did not anticipate $].2,400.00

',-.7HEREAS, the Maintenance and repair cost of pumps ex-
ceeded the appropriation by $!,000.00; salaries in the amount
{~f $3,000. O0; and Capital ~dtlay $2,000. O0 for storm drains
<m Bjune Drive, total $6, OOC). 00.

Washington as {ollows:

]. That an undebatable emeraency exists.
3. That an emerSency appropriation hereby
made to tlhe Water Fund in the amount of Q!2,~O0.O0 to be
appcoprfated to Bond Reserve Account; ~1,000.00 to maintenance
an<] repair of pumps; $3,000. O0 in Salaries; $2,000.00 to
Construction of Stor~n Drains on Bjune Drive.
?. That this appropriation shall be from unan-
tLcipated revenue in the Water Fund not anticipated at the
t i,n.e the '1973 budget was adopted.
4. That said charges are herewith authorized
and approved.
