AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND
AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE THEREFOR
I.:HEREAS, certain expenditures, which could not reason-
ably have been anticipated at the time of adopting the 1973
b~dget, arc-., considered justif. ied and in the best interests
of the cit~i_ze'~s of Winslow, and
UHEREAS, monies expended from the Current E~ense Fund
will be i.n excess of appropriations to cover fees for Legis-
lative and Administrative Services $14,000.00; Prosecutor
scrvic. es and '~blic Defender $],509.00; Auditing services

NO~4 THEREFOR BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City

2. That an emergency appropriation is hereby
