(a) "Person" Defined. For the purposes of this
ordinance and unless it otherwise clearly appears from the
context in which it is used~ the word "person" means and
includes natural persons of either sex~ associations~ firms,
partnerships~ and corporations whether acting by themselves
or by their servants, agc. nts~ or employees~ and the singular
