AND PROVIDING FOR APPROVAL PROCEDURES UPON
APPLICATIONS FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT

The City Council of the City of Winslow do ordain as fol-
Ordinance 69-16 is hereby amended as follows:
1. There is added to Ordinance 69-16 a new paragraph
providing as follows:
PROCEDURES FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS
Any application for a planned unit development shall be
submitted to the Planning Commission for review as to
compliance with the requirements of this Ordinance.
The Planning Commission may hold a public hearing on
the proposed planned unit development. The Planning
Commission shall prepare a recommendation to the City
Council for the granting or denial of a permit to
develop land as a planned unit development. Upon
receipt of such recommendation the City Council shall
proceed in accordance with the Section of this Ordi-
nance entitled '~ACTIONS BY COUNCIL".
2. This Ordinance shall take effect five (5) days after
its adoption and publication in the manner provided by law.
