ORD 74-15 SIX YEAR STREET IMPROVEMENT PLANORDINANCE NO. 74-15
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A COMPREHENSIVE SIX-
YEAR STREET IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE CITY OF
WINSLOW, WASHINGTON
WHEREAS, pursuant to the requirements of RCW 35.66.010, Laws
of the State of Washington, the CITY OF WINSLOW, has pre-
pared a revised and extended Six-Year Comprehensive Street
Program for the ensuing six calendar years, 1975-through
1981; and,
WHEREAS, pursuant further to said law, the City Council of
the City of Winslow, being the legislative body of said
City did hold a public hearing on said comprehensive plan
at 7:30 p.m. at the City Hall in Winslow, on the 1st day of
3uly, 1974;
NOW, THEREFORE,.BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of Winslow that the revised and extended Six-Year Com-
prehensive Street Program for the ensuing six calendar years,
1975 through 1981, be and the same is hereby adopted; and,
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that a copy of said revised and ex-
tended Six-Year Comprehensive Street Program for the ensuing
six calendar years, 1975 through 1981, together with a copy
of this Ordinance, be filed with the Director of Highways of
the State of Washington.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Winslow, Washington this
1st day of 3uly, 1974.
