ORD 74-20 LID #2 FUNDORDINANCE 74-20
AN ORDINANCE TO SET UP AN LID #2 FUND AND PROVIDING PROVISIONS
TO MAKE PAYMENT THEREOF.
Since the LID #2 fund needs money to satisfy existing expenses
until the indebtedness is met by the LID #2 participants.
NOW, T~[EREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW, WASH-
INGTON, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
1. A fund hereby be established to be known as LID #2 Fund.
2. Authorize the City Clerk/Treasurer to issue interest bear-
ing warrants or notes as needed to pay the expenses as
incurred in the amount not to exceed $15,000.00.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Winslow and approved
