AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 73-21 ESTABLISHING
1974 BUDGET AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN EXPENDITURES FROM
THE UTILITIES FUND.
WHEREAS, certain expenditures, which could not reasonably
have been anticipated at the time of adopting the 1974 budget,
are considered justified and in the best interest of the citi-
zens of Winslow, and
WHEREAS, expenditures from the Utilities Fund will be in
excess of appropriations to cover fees for
The City Council of the City of Winslow, Washington do
ordain as follows:
THAT $5,000.00 is hereby authorized for disbursement to
cover unanticipated fees for professional services and costs
of water meters to complete the project of replacing all in-
operative meters.
THAT this appropriation will be made from unanticipated
revenue in the Utilities Fund not anticipated at the time of
1974 budget adoption.
THAT said expenditures are hereby authorized and approved.
