AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO CRIMES AND
PUNISHMENTS, AMENDING ORDINANCE 74-4
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WINSLOW,
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Section 30 of the Winslow Criminal Code (Ordi-
nance No. 74-4) is amended to read as follows:
Section 30: Vandalism: No person shall willfully,
maliciously, wantonly, or recklessly injure, damage
deface, destroy, tamper with, or remove any property
of another, whether publicly or privately owned. For
purposes of this section, "property" shall include any
real property, improvements, fixtures and movable or
personal property.
Section 2: Section 47 of the Winslow Criminal Code (Ordi-
nance No. 74-4) is hereby repealed.
Section 3: A new Section 47 of the Winslow Criminal Code
(Ordinance No. 74-4) is hereby enacted, reading as follows:
Section 47: Camping in Public Parks: It is unlawful to
camp in any public park in the City of Winslow except at
places specified as camping areas by the City Council and
so designated by signs.
Section 4: Effective date: This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its approval and publication as
required by law.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Winslow, and approved by
