AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A COMPREHENSIVE SIX-YEAR
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE CITY OF WINSLOW,
WASHINGTON
W[{EREAS, pursuant to the requirements of RCW 35.77.010, Laws of
the State of ~shington, the CITY OF WINSLOW, has prepared a re-
vised and extended Six-Year Comprehensive Street Program for the
e~suing six calendar years, 1976 through 1981; and,
WYIEREAS, pursuant further to said law, the City Council of the
C!_ty of Winslow, being the legislative body of said City did hold
a public hearing on said Comprehensive Plan at 7:30 p.m. at the
City Hall in Winslow, on the 7th day of July, 1975;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Winslow, Washington
~o ordain as follows:
THAT the revised and extended Six-Year Comprehensive Street Program
for the ensuing six calendar years, 1976 through 1981, be and the
~ame is hereby adopted; and,
I~E IT FURTHER ORDAINED, that a copy of said revised and extended
~:,ix~Year Comprehensive Street Program for the ensuing six calendar
years, ]976 through 1981, together with a copy of this Ordinance,
le filed with the Director of Highways of the State of Washington.
EASSED by the Council of the City of Winslow, Washington and approved
its Mayor this 7th day of July, 1975.
