ORD 76-02 ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTYORDINANCE NO. 76- ~
AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE ANNEXATION OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF WINSLOW
WHEREAS, a petition has been accepted in the form required by
law to annex certain real property described in this ordinance to
the City of Winslow and the Boundary Review Board having approved
said annexation, with modifications, and the City Council having
held a hearing on the petition as modified; now, therefore, the
City Council of the City of Winslow do ordain as follows:
1. The following described real property located in Kitsap
County and contiguous to the City of Winslow shall be and hereby
is annexed to the City of Winslow:
Lot 1, Yeomalt Point as recorded in Volume 3 of
Plats, page 5; TOGETHER WITH all of Park Avenue
contiguous on the West of Lot 1, Yeomalt Point,
and all of Dingley Avenue as is contiguous on the
South with Lot 1, Yeomalt Point. Situate in
Kitsap County, Washington.
2. The property described in paragraph 1 of this ordinance
shall be zoned and classified as RS-15000 pursuant to the pro-
visions of Ordinance 69-16.
3. Pursuant to the Petition filed by the Owners of said
property, the area described in paragraph 1 will be required to
assume any outstanding indebtedness of the City.
4. That the City Council has determined that the action by
the City of annexing the property described in paragraph 1 above
is not a substantial action significantly affecting the environment
and therefore an environmental impact statement is not required.
